An online meeting was held to kick off the “STEM for Inclusive Schools” on the 30th of November, bringing together representatives from the partner organizations. The main objectives of the meeting were to introduce the project partners, share general and detailed information about the project, and align expectations for the upcoming activities.

Agenda Highlights

Top 1: Introduction of the Partners
The meeting began with a round of introductions, where each partner provided a brief overview of their institution, their role in the project, and their expertise related to STEM education and inclusion. This session helped establish a collaborative environment and allowed participants to familiarize themselves with the key stakeholders.

Top 2: General Project Information
Following the introductions, the coordinating team presented an overview of the “STEM for Inclusive Schools” project. This included the project’s rationale, core objectives, and an outline of the timeline. The session aimed to ensure all partners had a shared understanding of the project’s overarching goals and deliverables.

Top 3: Detailed Project Information – Aims, Work Packages (WPs), TPMs, and LTTAs
The final part of the meeting provided a deeper dive into the project structure. The coordinators discussed the specific aims of the project, detailing the various Work Packages (WPs), Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs), and Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities (LTTAs) planned throughout the project. Each WP’s objectives, tasks, and partner responsibilities were highlighted to ensure clarity and alignment moving forward.
