The meeting on September 4, 2024, brought together partners of the STEM for Inclusive Schools project for a day of discussions, updates, and collaboration, focused on reviewing project progress and planning future activities.

The day began with a welcome coffee from 9:00 to 9:30, providing an opportunity for participants to meet and informally get to know each other. At 9:30, Marc Beutner from UPB officially opened the meeting with a warm welcome and outlined the schedule for the day. This was followed by each partner giving a brief introduction of their institution and their role in the project, helping everyone understand the current status of the project and the contributions of each partner.

After a short coffee break at 11:00, the meeting resumed with an insight into WP1 (Project Management), led by Marc Beutner. He discussed reporting procedures, the online finance and project management tool (PROM), as well as the project’s dissemination and exploitation strategies, including the website, social media, and publications. The session also covered the Valorisation Plan and Risk Analysis.

In the workshop, starting at 11:35, the focus shifted to WP2 (STEM Activities Design and OER), with Remi from SIEC reviewing data collection, field research, and ongoing tasks related to OER design. The afternoon session continued with discussions on WP2, covering the progress of LTTA 1 in Germany, piloting and reporting responsibilities, and tasks that lie ahead for partners like Successos and SIEC.

From 14:30 to 15:30, the discussion moved to WP3 (Toolkit and Digital Tool for Measurement and Evaluation), led by Monalissa from UDG and Luís from Successos. They reviewed the development of methods and techniques for evaluating transversal skills, the progress of the toolkit and digital tool, and planned activities for upcoming TPMs and LTTAs. The meeting concluded with a review of WP4, focusing on the timeline, work plan, and responsibilities for the upcoming months.

The day ended with a workshop evaluation session led by Marc Beutner, ensuring feedback was gathered for future improvements, followed by a social dinner at 19:00 in the city center, allowing partners to relax and strengthen relationships in an informal setting.

This productive meeting ensured that all partners were aligned on the project’s current status and upcoming tasks, setting the foundation for continued collaboration and successful project outcomes.
